Tiger Claw has been a high-end manufacturer and distributor of martial arts supplies for over 20 years. The Tiger Claw product line covers all areas of martial arts supplies from protective gear to uniforms to swords. Tiger Claw operates two facilities–in Fremont, California and Knoxville, Tennessee. Tiger Claw publishes Claw Marks—the largest circulation martial arts business newsletter in America, and the popular newsstand magazine Kung Fu Tai Chi. Tiger Claw Media International produces high quality instructional DVDs in all areas of martial arts.
Tiger Claw is one of the fastest growing companies in the industry. We have expanded/renovated both facilities recently and are excited to be able to offer the following positions. Positions Available:
TCMC Representative - Tiger Claw Marketing Consultant
Tiger Claw Marketing Consultants has an exciting entry-level position as our face to face representative to the martial community. Consultants are encouraged to travel and meet our customers, visit their facilities, and assist our customers in making the best purchases for their schools or stores.
Currently, the TN Division is seeking a stable, mature person to fill a full-time position.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Travel to tournaments and to customers to consult on marketing and purchasing
- Must be able to travel/work on some weekends and holidays
- Internet Order/Mail Order Processing
- Data/Order Entry into internal system
- Heavy telephone customer service (no cold calls, no telemarketing)
- Numerical filing of invoices (general office responsibilities)
- Extensive paid training of products/internal system & procedures
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Ability to prioritize tasks & responsibilities
- Mature/professional demeanor; must be able to work independently.
- Punctual, good attendance, reliable & a team player
- Working knowledge of the internet/PC/email/general office equipment
- Must speak & understand English fluently (all other languages a plus but not required)
- Multi-tasking is a must to successfully fill this position.
All full time employees receive the following:
- Paid vacation after 1st year (from date of hire)
- Medical paid by the company (through Blue Cross Blue Shield of TN. Coverage is not deducted from pay, this is paid entirely by the company) (after the 90-day trial period)
- Optional Dental, Life, and Aflac plans available (after the 90-day trial period)
